£16-£20 per hour

A popular Nursery/family support/ childrens centre are looking to interview and recruit an Early Years Officer to assume control of one its rooms , from the 2nd September on a full time basis. This is a senior role, placing you at the heart of the centre.
You will be responsible for the smooth running of the room, and must collate an exciting and stimulating scheme of activities to then be delivered by a team of Nursery staff. Alongside this, the successful candidate must display confidence in liaising with parents, external agencies and halthcare professionals , and be able to communicate upwards to the management team.
With this being a more senior role, observations and ongoing assessments of all children will need to be moderated, and the quality of teaching and provision will need to be overseen and training/coaching delivered where necessary.
The setting is inclusive in its nature , and therefore it is imperative that it''s provision of SEND children are catered for. The EYE may be called upon to be involved in the creation of ECHPs'', and to attend any meetings regarding the best outcomes for the child.
The setting is accessable from Stamford Hill and Seven Sisters respectively.
Working hours will vary, with shifts consisting of (Apply online only), (Apply online only) and (Apply online only).
Requirements
The desired Early Years Officer will have;
- Cache 3 in Early Childhood, or QTS
- A child workforce DBS check registered to the update service
