Practice Nurse (Permanent)

at Omnes Healthcare. We are seeking an enthusiastic Practice Nurse to join our established team. As a GP Practice Nurse, you will work within a GP practice providing assessment, screening and treatment services, advising patients on general healthcare and minor ailments with referral to GPs as necessary. You will be part of a diverse, multi-skilled professional team delivering high-quality, person-centred care to patients registered with Omnes Healthcare practices.Responsibilities

Provide assessment, screening and treatment servicesAdvise patients on general healthcare and minor ailments with referral to GPs as necessaryUndertake the collection, storage and dispatch of pathological specimensOther administrative and professional responsibilitiesWhat You Will Need

Current NMC RegistrationExperience in Primary Care or ability to help us manage QOF, and/or provide diabetic specializationPractice Nurse experience within Primary Care is essentialWho We Are
