Responsibilities

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will:

• Take ownership of cost estimating and cost control for industrial and distribution projects
• Work closely with project managers and site teams to review and validate cost plans
• Prepare and assess valuations, variations, and contract documentation
• Contribute to tender preparation and procurement support
