Contracts Manager - Fit Out / Refurbishment Location: Hertfordshire (with UK travel) Salary: 60,000 - 75,000 + Package (DOE) A reputable and growing fit-out contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to support the delivery of a range of projects across the UK. This senior position involves managing multiple schemes concurrently, ensuring they are completed safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness and a proven ability to oversee all stages of a project lifecycle, from pre-construction through to handover. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the safe and successful delivery of multiple fit-out/refurbishment projectsEnsure effective planning, programming and resource managementMaintain professional relationships with clients and project stakeholdersReview project requirements, risks and scopes of workSupport pre-construction planning and project set-up activitiesConduct regular site visits and provide guidance to site and project teamsManage subcontractor procurement and performanceEnsure compliance with health and safety, CDM and industry standardsMonitor project progress, quality, costs and reportingSupport commercial teams with variations, risk management and final accountsLead project close-out processes and ensure smooth handovers RequirementsExperience in a Contracts Manager or similar senior role within fit-out/refurbishmentSolid understanding of construction processes and contract ..... full job details .....
