Associate Cost Manager - Team Leader Thames Valley (With Hybrid Working) Leading independent, employee-owned built asset consultancy where teamwork and collaboration lie at the heart of everything they do, are looking for a proactive individual to take responsibility for providing all core Cost Management services on a number of interesting projects while acting as main client liaison as well as providing support to the existing team in the delivery of projects. You will manage property and business support issues in the Thames Valley Region, promoting efficiency, effectiveness and best practice and you will control the budget for property and infrastructure in the Region. As the operational manager you will be responsible for ongoing revenue, costs and profit and delivering annual and medium-term business plans. You will manage resource planning and take responsibility for all aspects of the delivery of projects. Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar technical discipline you will be MRICS and have strong experience in one or more of the Residential, Commercial, Student Accommodation or Healthcare sectors.
