As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you''ll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Responsibilities

Support residents with daily living activities and provide companionship.Follow individual care plans to ensure high-quality care.Assist with food and drink as needed and foster one-to-one time with residents.Contribute to a caring, compassionate environment and support the wellbeing of residents.

Qualifications

Some experience of caring for older people is preferred.Can-do approach and excellent communication skills.Empathy and a warm-hearted approach, with the compassion needed to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all residents.All training provided to help you thrive.
