This role will focus on reviewing and resolving those mismatches to ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across the organisation.You will:Review a schedule of problematic address records.Investigate issues using statutory datasets including Planning, SNN, Council Tax, Electoral Registration, and others.Correct or update records in the LLPG where required.Provide clear recommendations to the customer experience team on updates needed within the new platform.Identify root causes and propose improvements to prevent future discrepancies.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose reasons for individual record mismatches and resolve them.Maintain and amend LLPG entries to national standards.Provide specialist advice on addressing rules, BS7666, ..... full job details .....
