What You''ll Do Be the first point of contact for brokers - handling incoming calls, LiveChat queries, and emails through our Business Development inboxes. Support brokers with product information, new mortgage submissions, and system navigation. Process new broker registrations within 24 hours to ensure a smooth onboarding journey. Guide brokers through my clients Brokers website, making sure they can easily access the information they need. Promote my client''s products and services to strengthen relationships and grow our market presence. Encourage quality submissions by fostering a "right first time" culture among brokers.
