You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between installation and full-scale production, ensuring that new CapEx integrations hit performance targets immediately. Key DeliverablesValidation, Testing and InstallationLead the development of test plans to verify functionality, process windows, and equipment reliability (FAT, SAT, Validation, and Commissioning).Represent the engineering team at Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).Prepare detailed installation plans and ensure full validation of equipment.Ensure all equipment conforms to Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards, international regulations, and company policies (Lock-out Tag-out, controls, guarding).Integration and Start-UpOwn the integration of new equipment validation and vertical start-up into the existing manufacturing process.Manage the ramp-up phase, providing technical assistance to maintain long-term capability, meet OEE targets, and drive Continuous Improvement (CI).Minimize disruption to ongoing operations during equipment or software integration, addressing roadblocks ..... full job details .....
