You will be based out of our London office, and this role will be hybrid with three days office, and two days working from home and occasional travel throughout SurreyAs our Commercial Property Solicitor you will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, providing expert legal advice to charities, trustees and senior stakeholders.Commercial Property Solicitor - Responsibilities Handle commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and related documentation.Conduct due diligence including title checks, searches, and compliance reviews.Advise clients on landlord and tenant matters, property finance, and development issues.Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and firm policies.Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.To support in the development and mentoring of junior colleagues.Commercial Property Solicitor - Requirements ..... full job details .....
