Duration: 2.5 years, followed by a permanent positionStart date: March–October 2026Assessments Centers: October 2025 to January 2026Rotations: 6 months onboarding; two 12-month rotationsFirst rotation: based in home country; second rotation in another country; final placement back in home countryLocations: EMENA region; possible hires in UK, Ireland, Belgium, Switzerland, Czech RepublicRotations cover different areas of accounting and finance in two countries; regionally aligned training and virtual sessionsLocations

The program is rotational within the Europe-Middle East-Africa (EMEA) region. You may be hired into one of the following countries: UK, Ireland, Belgium, Switzerland, Czech Republic. Graduating roles typically return to the starting country.Requirements

Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Finance, Accounting and Controlling, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent preferred)Graduated in 2024 or 2025, or by August 2026 at the latestLess than 2 years of full-time work experience (internships/apprenticeships excluded)Geographic mobility and willingness to relocate across EuropeKey Skills and Competencies
