Chef Manager – Term Time, Plus 5 Inset days40 Hours per week, Monday to Friday.Harrison Catering Services is an independent, family-owned company with a track record of growth, built on the values of family, respect, honesty, pride and exceptional performance, known as the Harrison Five Fundamentals.Our catering teams transform fresh, seasonal ingredients into nutritious home-cooked meals that support healthier lifestyles and enable customers of all ages to perform at their best throughout the day.
Responsibilities
Lead one of our school catering teams and provide a catering service, manage the team, maintain stock control, plan menus and any additional hospitality requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
Proven craft and management skills, a real passion for fresh food and previous client liaison experience.Ideally qualified to NVQ level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent.Experience: Chef Manager: 1 year (required).
