We are ideally looking for A Manager that can effectively support and manage a team so experience of managing a varied service for clients with a variety of support needs and learning disabilities will be required A good understanding of the regulatory responsibilities and the law relating to care services or experience of managing the delivery of social care services as a Registered Manager An SVQ or NVQ Level 5 or equivalent qualification - or be willing to work towards a relevant management qualification Knowledge and experience of health and safety, risk management and matters in relation to homecare and person-centred care support services Knowledge of how to recognise abuse and safeguarding procedures Train the trainer qualifications (desirable) Knowledge of business management (desirable) Additional requirements An approachable demeanour with confident communication and multi-tasking skills Willingness to work flexibly and to keep your knowledge and skills up to date Please note that you will need a valid Enhanced DBS check.
