TRIbuild Solutions are currently seeking an experienced Handyperson for a prestigious residential development in Surrey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carpentry tasks

• Minor painting works

• Installing protection and signage

• BWIC (Builder''s Work in Connection)

• Grouting

• Small concrete works (pouring and breaking out)

• HERAS and hoarding maintenance

• Barrier maintenance

• General site maintenance

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card

• Own PPE and tools suitable for the listed duties

• Ability to travel to site (driving is recommended due to location)
