This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in tackling workforce challenges in the adult social care sector, while working collaboratively with local authorities, employers, training providers and wider partners. What you''ll be doingSupporting the delivery of a complex, multi-stakeholder recruitment programme across South West LondonBuilding and managing strong relationships with social care employers and partners to source vacancies and support recruitment activityActing as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication across the programmeProducing high-quality reports, data analysis and project documentation, including risk logs and project plansSupporting candidate matching and providing guidance to ensure successful employment ..... full job details .....
