Key Responsibilities:
andbull; Deliver creative and structured Maths lessons that spark curiosity and confidence.
andbull; Foster a positive, inclusive classroom where every student feels supported.
andbull; Assess student progress through effective feedback and regular testing.
andbull; Guide students in problem-solving, reasoning, and numeracy fluency.
andbull; Integrate real-world maths to keep learning relevant and exciting.
andbull; Collaborate with colleagues to enrich the curriculum and student experience.

Qualifications andamp; Skills:
andbull; Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
andbull; Strong subject knowledge in Maths, with experience at KS3andndash;KS5.
andbull; Passion for engaging learners and breaking down complex concepts.
andbull; Commitment to inclusive teaching and student development.
andbull; Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
andbull; Willingness to contribute to extracurricular activities and whole-school events.
