Senior Quantity Surveyor - Parliament-VettedWe are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a prestigious project within the Parliamentary Estate. Applicants must already hold a valid Parliament Pass / Parliamentary Security Clearance to be eligible for this role.Role Overview: As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will lead commercial management activities across the project, including cost planning, procurement strategy, contract administration, valuations, change management, risk analysis, and financial reporting.
