As the Business Development Manager, this role focuses on developing strong relationships with organisations and positioning the business as a preferred partner for learning and development (LandD) solutions. More broadly, the role contributes to strengthening the organisation s presence within the wider business ecosystem. The successful Business Development Manager will identify, qualify, and secure partnerships across a range of industries. Working closely with internal programme teams, they will promote tailored and open learning solutions aligned to client needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate partnerships, with a proven track record in pipeline development, managing sales cycles, and achieving ambitious targets.
