• Oversee the daily operations of the Adolescent Safeguarding Team.
• Provide guidance and support to team members.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance.
• Manage resources effectively to ensure the smooth running of the team.
• Collaborate with other teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives.

• You are a qualified social worker with a minimum of 3 years'' experience.
• You hold a Social Care England registration.
• You possess strong leadership and management skills.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You are proficient in using relevant software and technology.
• You demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development.
• You are a team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
• You have experience working with adolescents.
