This role offers the opportunity to lead mechanical design across a diverse range of public and private sector projects, delivering sustainable and technically robust solutions from concept through to completion. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and specification of mechanical building services systems including HVAC, heating, cooling, ventilation, and domestic water servicesDeliver projects through RIBA Stages 1-6, ensuring compliance with current regulations and best practicesCoordinate with internal disciplines (electrical, architectural, structural) and external stakeholders (clients, contractors, consultants)Mentor and support junior engineers and technicians within the teamAttend client meetings, design reviews, and site inspections as requiredContribute to fee proposals, resource planning, and project programmingEnsure designs are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high technical standardSupport the development of low-carbon and energy-efficient design strategies ?
