We are seeking a strong Consulting Enterprise Solution Architect to support an engagement with one of our Insurance sector clients. Deliverables and Duties to include: Architecture Review andamp; Gap Analysis - Evaluate the current Finance Architecture, identify gaps, and assess alignment to the target state. Quick Win Alignment - Coordinate and prioritise early initiatives to avoid duplication and ensure portfolio-wide visibility. Capability andamp; Strategy Mapping - Assess existing capabilities, highlight gaps, and define requirements to support a 5-year transformation strategy. Target Architecture andamp; Roadmap - Define the future state, build a phased transition plan, and create a robust investment roadmap. Enterprise Alignment - Ensure solutions comply with Group Enterprise Architecture principles and processes. Transformation Leadership - Drive momentum, build stakeholder confidence, and strengthen delivery capability throughout the change journey. Key Supplier Experience: Proven experience engaging at senior stakeholder level Strong background in the Insurance sector Demonstrable consulting and advisory skills.
