Currently they are one of the UK''s leading and fastest growing window and door fabricators who are currently recruiting for Yard Operative Supervisor (FLT CB). Yard Operative To become a Yard Operative you will need to hold a current Fork lift truck counterbalance licence (Ideally side loader) also a full UK driving licence and have supervisory experience. As a Yard Operative (FLT CB) you will be working on Fork lift truck atleast 60% of the time with other duties involved such as: Loading/unloading materials to ensure production runs smoothly Running a team of 3 other yard operatives effiencently Delivery of materials around warehouse to ensure production does not stop You will need to be physically fit and happy working outside To be a succesful Yard Operative (FLT CB) you will need to be able to pitch in where required so some heavy lifting will be needed. To be considered for Yard Operative (FLT CB) you will ideal have previous experience working in a warehouse/yard enviroment, ability to perform heavy lifting duties with strong organisation skills.
