SHEQ Management Systems Specialist
Fluor and Energy Materials, an Orbia business, is looking for a SHEQ Management Systems Specialist to be based at Runcorn, Cheshire, UK. Main Purpose To develop, support and drive the implementation of Safety, Health, Environmental and Industrial Quality (SHEQ) management system arrangements across the UK Orbia Fluor and Energy Materials business. To ensure that compliance assurance activities (both internal and external) are planned and coordinated and are fully understood, and that the outputs are integrated into Orbia FandEM UK activities. Main Responsibilities To manage the effective implementation of the merged ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems, maintain the management systems manual and prepare and present quarterly and annual reviews of the safety management systems for site management. To manage the internal audit plan. To perform horizon scanning activities to provide early awareness of forthcoming changes to, or new, legislation. To manage the corporate software function whereby the business demonstrates legal compliance for SHEQ disciplines. To manage external audits from certifying bodies and supply chain or other interested third parties as required. To prepare a monthly analysis of SHEQ performance data. To monitor, analyze and report on effective utilization of systems relating to change management, incident investigation and audit.
