Technical Director – Data Centre

to join our

Architecture

team based in

Birmingham

Digitalisation is at the core of our delivery model providing clients and project stakeholders with exceptional development solutions driven by specialist sector expertise, extensive experience and high calibre people.Plan, review, and manage projects (both bids and live projects) ensuring client requirements and deadlines are met and are undertakenIdentify and support business development initiatives including attending relevant sector group meetings, providing market intelligence and input to strategy and business plans, preparing tenders and presentations, and attending business to business meetingsContribute to the preparation and implementation of strategic business plans prepared by the Operations Director and Senior DirectorsLead and manage a team providing line management responsibilities and technical leadership to guide the team in project deliveryLead and participate in building a positive team spirit and maintain a culture that retains employees, identifies talent, promotes, and supports career developmentMentor and manage individuals within the team, sharing knowledge and expertise, provide training and business development assistance to members of staff as and when requiredConsiderable technical knowledge and expertise in Data Centre architecture and design.Excellent awareness of local / national market and client base.An ability and willingness to travel as necessaryWe understand the need to work flexibly, with agile offices and hybrid working offered as standard.
