This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and is committed to achieving performance targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism and compliance.Day-to-day of the role:Manage and motivate a team to ensure performance targets are met and exceeded.Set, monitor, and drive performance targets for team members.Conduct regular one-to-one meetings and performance reviews to support staff development.Carry out call monitoring, provide coaching, and offer constructive feedback to enhance team skills.Handle disciplinary matters and conduct return-to-work interviews as required.Liaise with clients, lead client meetings, and provide performance updates to ensure client satisfaction.Collaborate with other Team Leaders to ensure consistency and uniformity in team management across the company.Identify and implement improvements and innovative ideas to enhance team performance.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team in a target-driven environment.Confident communicator with a firm but fair approach to team management.Proactive, organised, and capable of taking initiative in various situations.Previous leadership experience in a ..... full job details .....
