The Role Providing typing and administration support to one or more lawyersAudio typing (BigHand) Opening and closing files Diary management, preparing lawyers for external meetingsCarry out money laundering and ID checks Completing form - OyezTyping of legal documents, Wills, LPA''s, Estate Accounts Witnessing wills Liaise with Clients, Solicitors , Barristers ChambersAttend client meetingsAssist with preparation of invoices Taking credit card payments Booking events, training etcAssist with the marketing of the department The Candidate You will possess recent Private Client ExperienceExperience with all Microsoft Office packages, excellent Audio Typing skills The ability to work to tight deadlines Attention to detail Ability to work under pressure Strong organisational skills Excellent communication skills and a team player Benefits 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays PensionPrivate Health Death in service Parking Friendly office environment Apply Now.
