Description About the Role ''Getting Stuck In'' is one of our key values, and we''re looking for new Team Members who love doing just that!We are looking for new team to join us as Guest Services Team Member Plus!As a Guest Services Team Member Plus, you will work on a Monday and a Friday cleaning our accommodation as well as deliver a fantastic service to our guests while they are enjoying their holiday with us. You will be helping our guests curate their stay with us by giving advice about the fantastic product offering we have and giving advice about our local area. We put the fun back in to our guests holiday so if things aren''t going to plan with their break, you will be helping our guests get things back on track by using your empathy and problem solving skills to understand fully what has gone wrong and ensuring that any jobs and feedback are logged then followed up with the guest. Within the guest services team, we also look after the check-in experience for all of our guests and meet some guests face to face to talk through anything, they may need help with. Live in accommodation is available for these roles.
