To Be ConfirmedDescription:As a Band 6 Occupational Therapist within the Stroke Team, you will play a pivotal role in theassessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of patients recovering from stroke. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive and patient-centered care.Key Responsibilities:Conducting specialized assessments and developing personalized rehabilitation plans for patients recovering from stroke.Providing hands-on occupational therapy interventions to help patients regain their functional independence.Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.Educating patients and their families about the rehabilitation process and strategies to support recovery at home.Skills and Experience Required:Degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration.Minimum of one year of neuro experience, preferably within a stroke rehabilitation setting.Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.A proactive approach to professional development and continuous learning.To apply to this role please reply with your updated CV and job reference number - BS//OT1
