The EMEA Payroll Specialist will be responsible for payroll processes across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and maintaining accuracy. This role in the FMCG industry requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.Client DetailsGlobal organisation, very well established FMCG brandOperating in more than 20+ countries and have over 2500+ employeesFantastic office based team environmentGreat company benefitsDescriptionPayroll Specialist, EMEA (FTC)Manage end-to-end payroll processes across EMEA regions, ensuring timely and accurate payments.Ensure compliance with local tax, social security, and labour laws.Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve payroll-related queries.Prepare payroll reports and provide insights to the Accounting and Finance department.Support payroll audits by providing necessary documentation and data.Maintain up-to-date payroll records and documentation in accordance with company policies.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency.Assist with payroll-related projects and initiatives as required.ProfileA successful Payroll Specialist, EMEA (FTC) should have:Immediately available or available on short notice (happy to commute Camberley)Happy to adhere to 5 days per week when first starting then moving to 4 days per week in the officeStrong UK Payroll professional - EMEA experience is highly desirableStrong attention to detail and ..... full job details .....
