Are you passionate about sales and customer relations, and have drive and ambition, with an interest in the film industry?
We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Business Development Executive, to join a fast paced team in Leicestershire.
- £15.38 per hour
- Monday to Thursday - 8:00am - 4:30pm, Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm
- Based on-site
- Due to urgent business requirements, applicants must be available to start immediately or within 1 week's notice. This is a temporary role with the potential to develop into a permanent opportunity.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Sales enquiries via phone, email and web
- Logging, tracking and managing all leads using CRM system
- Lead progression, filtering and prioritising for lead qualification
- Converting leads to sales
- Diary Management - carrying out follow up calls and client aftercare
- Assisting with development of CRM system
- Collaborating with technical and sales team members to ensure specialist input where required
Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience in business development, sales and lead progression within a technical or manufacturing environment
- IT Proficient - able to use MS Office and internal CRM systems
- Sound understanding of GDPR
- Knowledge of film/broadcast equipment would be advantageous
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
