The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting wellbeing, building trust, and helping to create a safe, supportive atmosphere that enables positive engagement and learning.Key Responsibilities:Provide consistent 1-to-1 pastoral support in an off-site setting.Build a positive, professional relationship with the teacher and support their daily needs.Help manage emotional wellbeing, offering calm, compassionate guidance.Communicate effectively with external teams or agencies where required.Monitor and report on progress, challenges, or concerns.Essential Qualities:Experience in pastoral care, youth work, education, or social care.A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach.Ability to work independently and manage sensitive situations with professionalism.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (travel may be required).Desirable:Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and relevant qualifications ..... full job details .....
