About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant who is fluent in Filipino Tagalog to support a busy executive with both professional and occasional personal matters. This is a dynamic role requiring a high degree of discretion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the executive

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications in both English and Tagalog

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

  • Manage calendars and schedules, ensuring efficient time management

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence

  • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism

  • Assist with personal errands, household administration, and ad hoc tasks as required

  • Liaise with family members, service providers, and other stakeholders

Essential Requirements:

  • Fluent in Tagalog (spoken and written)

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

Desirable:

  • Previous experience supporting senior executives or within a bilingual environment

  • Driving licence (if role includes personal errands or travel)
