Field Service Engineer  (Mechanical / Electrical)

Winslow (Field-Based)

£45,000 - £50,000 + Progression + Pension + Stability

Are you a Field Service Engineer with mechanical or electrical experience, looking for a varied role within a growing, well-respected business where you can work autonomously and develop long-term?

In this role, you will carry out installation, service, and maintenance work at customer sites, diagnosing faults and ensuring equipment operates efficiently. You will work closely with clients, providing technical support and building strong relationships while maintaining high service standards.

This role would suit a Field Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or Service Technician with mechanical or electrical skills, ideally with an engineering degree (or equivalent experience), looking for a hands-on role with autonomy and progression.

The Role

• Carry out service, maintenance, and installation on-site
• Diagnose faults and troubleshoot technical issues
• Provide customer support and training on equipment
• Maintain service records and reports
• Field-based role (Winslow, 1-hour travel radius)

The Person

• Field Service / Maintenance / Engineering background
• Mechanical and/or electrical fault-finding skills
• Engineering degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Full UK Driving Licence
