As a Compliance Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the housing association adheres to all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting regular audits and preparing reports to identify and address potential compliance issues.

Skills / Qualifications Required:

• Proven experience in a compliance role within the housing sector, with a strong understanding of housing regulations and standards.

• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret and apply complex regulations.
