An established HVAC contractor is seeking an experienced Ventilation Project Manager to take full commercial and operational control of projects from pre-construction through to final account.This is a senior delivery role requiring strong commercial awareness, technical understanding and the ability to manage multiple live contracts concurrently.The RoleYou will assume full responsibility for projects up to 1.5m, ensuring programme, cost, quality and client expectations are met at every stage.Key duties include:End-to-end management of ventilation projectsCommercial oversight, including cost control and financial performanceSubmission of monthly valuations and payment applicationsPricing and managing variations with full change control substantiationCoordination of clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teamsMonitoring programme and mitigating delivery riskEnsuring compliance with health and safety and industry standardsPackageSalary approximately 60,000Uncapped bonusCar allowanceClear progression within a growing businessA strong opportunity for a commercially astute Ventilation Project Manager seeking long-term development within a well-positioned contractor.WR HVAC MandE are recruitment partner for HVAC jobs.
