Learning and Development Lead Salary: £55,000 £65,000 per annum Location: Hybrid (Cambridgeshire-based preferred) Reports to: Chief People and Culture Officer Contract: Full-time, Permanent About the Role We re looking for a creative, people-focused Learning and Development Lead to build and scale a modern, global LandD strategy that aligns with our mission: helping people do their best work with less stress and more impact. In this role, you ll partner across teams and time zones to develop bespoke, engaging learning experiences everything from onboarding and leadership development to performance enablement and career growth. You ll be the driving force behind a culture of continuous learning, capability-building, and fun. What You ll Do Champion a growth mindset across the organisation. Design and deliver tailored learning programs that reflect team needs, regions, and learning styles. Collaborate with People, Product, and Operations leaders to identify skill gaps and build effective solutions. Lead on global onboarding, career development, and leadership initiatives. Develop performance metrics and feedback loops to evaluate learning impact. Create scalable, tech-enabled solutions that make learning easy, human, and measurable.
