PBS Lead Practitioner Location: Uxbridge Contract: 40 hours per week, Term Time + 5 Staff Training Days + 80 additional hours during school holidays (41 weeks) Salary: £39,000 - £41,765 actual per annum, dependent on experienceWe are seeking an experienced and passionate PBS Lead Practitioner to lead and embed Positive Behaviour Support across a specialist school setting. This is a key leadership role focused on developing a proactive, consistent, ethical, and person-centred approach in line with PBS principles.You will work collaboratively with students, families, staff, and external professionals to promote quality of life, inclusion, attendance, emotional regulation, and positive outcomes.
