We are looking for an experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant to join a specialist neurological care team based in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. This is a full-time, permanent role involving weekend and bank holiday shifts.Please note: You must have a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care to apply.About the Role: Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to service users.Supervise, coach and mentor junior team members.Ensure a safe, clean and supportive environment.Promote the rights, choices and wellbeing of those in your care.Support compliance with all relevant policies, procedures and legislation.
