We have a great opportunity to join our Continuing Care Team as a Business Support Assistant.We are looking for someone to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Adult Wellbeing Health Partnership (AWHP) team. Working Days will be Wednesday afternoon 1:00 to 5:00 pm, 9 to 5:00 Thursday and Friday. (18 hours per week)We support hybrid working with the right balance. We come together in person every Wednesday in Dakota. We also support 2 days working from home on average.
