As the Electrical Supervisor, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The Electrical Supervisor, will be responsible for: Act as the Authorised Person for electrical works, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety procedures. Undertake the role of Task Supervisor under established safety appointment frameworks (training provided if required). Provide line management for a team of electrical operatives. Deliver and oversee a range of planned and reactive maintenance tasks. Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a wider multi-trade team. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and suppliers, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills. Participate in an on-call rota, ensuring a responsive and reliable out-of-hours service is available for electrical issues.
