You’ll be trusted to handle lower-complexity matters and support major transactions worth up to £20m, learning directly from experienced senior associates and partners.Within six months, you''ll manage your own caseload and support larger transactions. Within a year, you''ll be fully embedded and recognized as a reliable, valuable team member. By year two, you could progress into a mid-level associate role, mentoring others and expanding your client-facing experience.This role is ideal for someone aiming to build a long-term career in commercial property without the rigid culture or punishing hours of some city firms.Who we’re looking for

Ideally 1–4 PQE.Solid drafting and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.A strong work ethic and genuine eagerness to develop.Friendly, switched-on, and confident with clients.Able to manage a caseload and eager to contribute to a team effort.Salary and Benefits
