Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join their Commercial Property team. This role is for anyone with a keen interest in this area of law and looking to utilise their law degree. For suitable candidates this role also has the potential for the firm''s support to complete their SQE and develop their skills simultaneously.Some of your duties will include:Drafting documents and letters of advice to clients under supervisionDrafting and completing basic legal documents and forms with limited supervisionResearching legal issues on behalf of other fee earnersPreparing document bundles for fee earners as requiredTaking responsibility for administrative tasks, i.e. coordinating the administration of seminarsTaking messages about initial advice queries and passing them on to the relevant fee earnerThe efficient management of client/matter files to include general filing, file opening, preparation of client care letters and terms and conditions, file closure and archivingUndertaking any other duties as required. Liaise with clients via telephone and emailAttend client meetings both in person and on the telephone, as requested by the fee earnerAttend meetings and take notes as requiredRequirements:Completed a law degree Interest in Commercial PropertyProficient with Microsoft OfficeBe results focused and driven to deliverA good eye for detailGood organisation and time management abilitiesExcellent team playerMotivated with a strong commitment to learningPrior ..... full job details .....
