As part of the groups continued expansion, they are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support the senior leadership across the portfolio of homes. As Operations Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across a group of care homes, working closely with a team of experienced and high-achieving Home Managers. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional care standards, strong regulatory performance, and commercial success across your portfolio. This is a highly visible leadership role where you will support and mentor Home Managers to achieve outstanding outcomes for residents, teams, and the wider organisation.
