Summary We are looking for a Finance Business Partner with experience of working within Social Housing specifically within the areas of Fire remediation and / or repairs and maintenance You will need to be a Qualified Accountant with Finance Business Partner experience in Social Housing Our Client Our client is a large G15 Housing Association based in Central London The RoleFinance Business partner role across the Property Services Division Main Duties Provide proactive business partnering to the Repairs and MandE teams delivering accurate, timely management information and insightful analysis to inform operational and strategic decisions. Support budget holders in understanding financial performance, highlighting risks and opportunities, and enabling data-led decision-making across responsive and planned repair works. Lead on the forecasting and annual budget setting for the Repairs and MandE service. Improve financial governance, especially around disrepair cases and legal settlements. Oversee month-end and year-end processes, including journals, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations. The Successful Candidate Strong background in financial business partnering, ideally within housing, property services, or a related operational environment Understanding of contractor and service provider financials, with experience in performance and cost monitoring Experience of working in management accounting / business reporting role(s), where you have taken the ..... full job details .....
