Field Sales Representative (Construction Industry), Durham 44,000 per annum. (OTE 55,000 per annum) Company car or cash alternative Excellent company benefits Managing business (Customers, Projects, turnover, discount) within a defined area. Maintaining and building new customer trading relationships. Growing market share within a geographical area. Working closely with Sales Managers to identify and target new Customers. Developing, maintaining and growing turnovers from existing Customers. Developing and maintaining a project pipeline for your geographical area. Working closely with Sales Managers to deliver annual personal targets. Working closely with Customers to manage queries/complaints. Working closely with Customers to manage debt. Negotiating trading agreements and discount levels with Customers. New product market penetration. Operating within the company financial guidelines. Working closely with Sales Managers to ensure the most cost effective and profitable solutions are given to the Customer. Relationship building with both new and existing Customers. Forming relationships with technical staff and Customers to promote efficient use of products. Representing the Sales Team to collaborate with and support others regions. Reporting on business activity. Skills required: Previous experience selling within the Construction Industry or Civil Engineering Preference given to those with Industry experience within Scaffolding or Formwork Business Development ..... full job details .....
