Adecco are currently looking for a School Cleaner to work for our client in the Rossendale area, on a temporary basis. Key Responsibilities:Maintain cleanliness across classrooms, corridors, toilets, and communal areas.Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and emptying bins.Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard and within allocated timeframes.Safely use and store cleaning equipment and chemicals in line with school policies.Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to maintain a safe environment for students and staff.Requirements:Previous cleaning experience is essential, ideally within a school or educational setting.A good understanding of cleaning procedures and COSHH.Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service.Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. Due to the rural location, it is preferred that you drive as there are no close by transport links.
