Job Title: Business Development Key Account Manager Reporting to: Managing DirectorAbout the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our Business Development team. This role is focused on developing profitable business streams in sectors with long-term growth potential, in line with our business marketing strategy. You will be instrumental in building and nurturing strong customer relationships, ensuring world-class service levels, and supporting the successful delivery of our commercial objectives.Key Responsibilities: WIN: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, manage your pipeline, and deliver high-quality results. GROW: Develop and enhance business relations, communicate value, and proactively drive customer engagement. FOCUS: Understand customer requirements and perceptions of value, and align business offerings effectively. COMMUNICATION: Coordinate internally and externally with key decision-makers to drive revenue growth and deliver strategic customer plans. Detailed Responsibilities: Support senior management in developing strategies for market opportunities. Identify and convert customer demand opportunities into profitable contracts. Liaise with engineering, planning, purchasing, and quality teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Manage multi-level customer engagement, including on-site visits.
