This role is perfect for someone who is eager to support children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and help them overcome challenges in the classroom.

What You''ll Be Doing:

  Providing Learning Support: Assist pupils with SEMH needs in the classroom, providing one-to-one or small group support to enhance their learning experience.

  Tailored Interventions: Support the implementation of personalised learning plans to meet individual student needs and ensure progress.

  Encouraging Emotional Development: Help children develop strategies for emotional regulation and resilience, supporting their personal growth alongside their academic progress.

  Building Positive Relationships: Foster trusting, supportive relationships with students to create a safe and nurturing learning environment.

  Team Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, the SENCO, parents, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for each child.
