Group Accountant - Adults and Public Health (Interim) Spencer Clarke Group are working closely with a Local Authority to appoint an Interim Group Accountant within their Adults and Public Health Finance team. This is a senior business-partnering assignment supporting high-value, complex service budgets. The role will act as the principal finance contact for senior stakeholders, providing clear financial insight, robust forecasting and strategic challenge across the portfolio.
