Operating on major onshore substations, windfarms, cable routes and battery storage unit projects throughout Scotland, this is a chance to work at the forefront of the transition to net zero.Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, plant, and materials. Work closely with the Site Agent and Project Manager to ensure programme and quality targets are met. Maintain site records and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies. Contribute to site meetings and provide regular progress updates. Ensure workforce understands and adheres to risk assessments and method statements. About You: Proven experience as a General Foreman on civil engineering projects, ideally within the renewables or infrastructure sectors. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate site teams. Excellent understanding of site health and safety and environmental requirements.
